Real Health Score Test
A simple REAL HEALTH SCORE test is a great way to assess your health, whether you are in great shape or not! The mission of REAL HEALTH SCORE is to help anyone and everyone achieve and maintain optimal health for life. So, if you're already healthy, a REAL HEALTH SCORE will help you to quantify your current baseline health and act as a reference for your future self. If you're not-so-healthy, a REAL HEALTH SCORE will allow you to determine your primary deficiencies so that we can tackle them together, in a strategic and focused manner, and get your health back on track.
Real Health Score Membership
We offer three "membership" levels (SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM) to help members achieve optimal health. These include two-, six-, and twelve-month memberships to coach, track, and encourage members . This includes coaching in-person and via the REAL HEALTH SCORE app, additional consultations with a coach, repeat testing, seminars, and other benefits. YOU CAN ALWAYS UPGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP IF YOU DECIDE YOU WANT MORE (except BASIC members).
